MY OBJECTIVE:

I don't aspire to close the most sales or to be a "million dollar producer"  My goal is to be one of the most trusted real estate agents around - one who people turn to when the want to buy or sell property and want to do it right.

ABOUT ME:

In 1994, I retired from the California Air National Guard as a Chief Master Sergeant.  Most of my military career involved providing support services.  This taught me to pay close attention to detail, to do due diligence and listen to my clients and customers, to help them identify their needs and desires and to help them define their expectations.

After my retirement, I worked for several at a Sears retail store where I learned the necessary sales skills.  I learned the sales process but more importantly, I learned the importance of customer service and how to effectively resolve conflicts.

I then became involved in computer network sales.  Eventually, I became a self-employed computer networking consultant.  I learned to market myself and my services.  I learned that to be a value to my clients, I need to be well schooled in the technical aspects of my field.

In 2004, I became a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  In 2007, I progressed to Associate Real Estate Broker.  I am very familiar with the Oswego - Fulton, NY market.  I continue to pursue educational opportunities in the real estate field in order to provide professional service to my customers and clients.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU:

I am not driven to rush my clients into a sale because I need the commission -  your interests always come first! 

I will listen to what you have to say and help you to make informed decisions.  I won't try to pressure you into important decisions and I won't make your decisions for you.

I stay abreast of the local market conditions and other factors which might affect a property's value.  I will share this information with you - tactfully but honestly.

I know how to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in your best interest.

I can help you avoid or deal with complications that may arise as the transaction progresses.

I manage my workload so that none of my clients will be "short changed" when it comes to my personal attention.

I have had lots of personal experience in buying and selling real estate, so I'm sensitive to your concerns and anxieties.
